Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone! This vegan Irish soda bread is packed with raisins and caraway seeds which give it its unique flavor. Growing up my family would always make Irish soda bread on St. Paddy's day. This is definitely a staple recipe that's passed down from generation to generation because it's so good, especially with a smear of butter and jam on top.
