My vegan cranberry babka with cardamom cream cheese icing is finally up on the blog! This babka is a little tart, fluffy, and rich all balanced by the creamy sweetness of the cream cheese icing. 😍

Recently, I’ve been eyeing all of these beautiful babkas on Pinterest, and it’s inspired me to create my own vegan version. This Vegan Cranberry Babka with a Cardamom Cream Cheese Icing is perfect for the winter season and the holidays.
