Smoothie bowl Saturday 😊 these vegan matcha smoothie bowls were the perfect way to start the weekend!

They were both super refreshing topped with pomegranate, granola, and soy yogurt & energy boosting because of the matcha in them.

No real recipe for these yet since I made them on the fly but the main ingredients were soy yogurt, frozen banana, matcha and a bit of spinach 😊
