It’s a dreary day where I am, and all I want to do is curl up with a warm cup of tea and these vegan snickerdoodles ☕️🍂

What’s your favorite type of cookie? Snickerdoods are one of my top contenders because they’re so soft and cinnamony 😍 they’re the perfect cookie if you want to feel cozy.

If you need a little pick me up today you should try out this easy recipe ☺️⤵️

Vegan Snickerdoodles //
* ½ cup vegan butter softened earthbalance 
* ¾ cup granulated sugar
* 2 flax eggs, 2 tbsp flaxseed mixed with 6 tbsp water
* 1 tsp vanilla
* 1 tsp cream of tartar
* 1 tsp baking soda
* 2 cups + 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
* Pinch of salt
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* Cinnamon sugar for rolling

Mix all the ingredients together until just combined. Roll the cookies into balls & roll in the cinnamon sugar. Bake for 11 minutes at 375F. 
~perfection~
Makes 12ish cookies.
