Pictures from this morning - I’m feeling so so so good guys!! HERE IS A TIP ➡️ if you can’t afford a coach at the moment, find a friend that you  can send progress pictures to weekly. Let them know your successes and what you struggled with. This has helped me IMMENSELY. Especially those days when I don’t feel like sending my pictures because I wasn’t “perfect.” That’s when I realize that one bad day doesn’t hurt me and I can still make progress being flexible. My checkin buddy is @fabuulyssfitness ❤️ and I appreciate her so much for it!!
