I actually could not believe this progress. That top picture, a year ago was SUCH a hard time for me. Idk if you guys remember my posts but I seriously was so sad. I just moved back to Chicago and everything was “going wrong.” I was lied to, I lost so much money moving when I didn’t even need to, someone hit my car and ran, I was being harassed at work by crazy, homeless people or gang members, I literally feared my life sometimes. Before I moved to Chicago, I cried so many times because I didn’t want to leave the store that I loved. They were my family, I had so much fun and it didn’t feel like work. Fast forward a year, I still miss North Carolina so much but I have learned to adjust to this lifestyle again. I’ve learned to be positive and use every day as a learning experience. I’ve learned balance. I’ve learned control and I’ve learned not to beat myself up if I miss a workout. All this time, I was losing fat and gaining happiness ☺️ #transformation #fitness #fatloss #biceps #chicago #leanandmean
