I AM THE WORST AT SAYING NO. Or at least “not now.” If someone needs my help, I want to help them. This unfortunately isn’t always the best for my goals because I put others before my personal goals and aspirations. I met with my advisor today for school and it was kinda a wake up call - I need to put my education first. This means I have to say no more often even if I don’t want to. No to part time work, no to going out, no to changing my work schedule for others. Putting myself first is so hard 😭 Anyone else struggle with this?? Send tips 🙌🏼
