Seems the key to a lady hummingbird's heart is an octopus beard & aerial acrobatics 🐙🤣. The calliope male hummingbird above is seen flaring his fancy iridescent feathers to impress a potential mate. The hovering, and gorgets-out dancing, is a typical part of the hummingbird mating ritual. If that doesn't have her falling head-over-bird-feet, there's still the "courtship dive"...
