After two months on the road surfing my brains out and eating like shit, feels good to get home and get on a good program. Cleaning up my #fatboysurfcamp diet and kylebakerfitness helping me improve some muscle imbalances to move more efficiently… people ask me what I do for fitness but I’ve felt weird broadcasting it in the past… i just try to eat healthy and move to feel better in life because I want to surf for as long as I possibly can…for those who have been asking what I’m doing here it is 🤙🏻🙌🏻
