School started today 😌🤓 I realized, I definitely need to get new glasses cause yo girl can’t see the board 👓 (super irrelevant) ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️ I took a break from school to go to the gym - I did legs. I decided I’m going to incorporate leg days twice a week again and see how it treats me 😄 I’m not looking for them to get much bigger but I am trying to tone and define. ☀️My current split will look something like this:
Day 1: Back and Bis
Day 2: Legs (hamstring and glute focus)
Day 3: Chest and Tris
Day 4: Rest
Day 5: Legs (Quad and glute focus)
Day 6: Shoulders
