After an impressive showing at the John Thomas Terrier Classic, Rachel Helbling was named the a10conference Track Performer of the Week. 

Helbling had a huge day at the Boston University meet, picking up a first-place finish in the 500m run and a slew of noteworthy accolades. Her mark of 1:11.82 broke her own program record (passing her 1:12.13 time from the 2020 ECAC/IC4A Championship meet) and ranked fourth in the world at the time, as well as first in the United States, NCAA, and Atlantic 10.
