10 years ago the Spiders placed 24th at the 2010 NCAA D1 Cross Country Championships in Terre Haute, Indiana. The Spiders were led by Matt Llano who missed All-America honors by 3 seconds (The Spiders lineup-Matt Llano, Andrew Benford, Tim Quinn, Jon Wilson, Chris York, Levi Grandt, Jason Skipper, Alts-Conor Phelan, Adam Owens).

In the women’s championships, Spider legend Amy Van Alstine placed 67th after losing a shoe ~500M into the race.
