Go visit this amazing program put on by Mr.Rein! Any BHS student or staff who attend 15 after school sessions will get one of our rad new shirts! The BHS weight program truly believes that regular physical activity leads to positive wellbeing and strengthens mental health. Create some new self-care habits this school year and come hang out with us in the weight room!!!

The BHS Weight Room Program is open Monday-Friday 2:30-4:00 PM.

The weight room invites all BHS students, athletes and staff to join us and keep this program rockin!! We encourage all experience levels to come to the weight room and reap the physical and metal benefits of daily movement, lifting and exercise!!
