Happy to be here #OneADayPartner 

It was a gorgeous day. I got home from work, changed as fast as I could, and set off on a hike. I’ve partnered with oneaday_us to commit to movement every day in June as my #OnePlusUp goal — and I have to say —it has truly been a gift. 

The end of the school year can be so stressful. On top of what was probably the most stressful year of my career. I knew I needed to have one single focus for my wellness in these last few weeks — something I can do each day that makes me feel accomplished and contributes to my well being. 

So I’m moving every day. Even if it’s just for a short while. I need the clarity that it brings me. I need to feel the release of fresh air in my lungs and sun on my skin.
