Ease — it’s a word that I spend a lot of time thinking about, especially this time of year. As I’m trying to create new intentions. Look at where I’m at and where I want to be. 

I want — and honestly need — to make things easier for myself. 

And, of course, there are a lot of things I can and will do to help myself feel more ease in the new year. But I also want to continue the things that are working. Taking walks, journaling, long baths, yoga, better financial habits, and streamlining my daily systems. 

As you know, one way I’ve been doing that is by continuing to use greenchef — it makes eating healthier feel easy.
