Who’s eating carbonara today? Every April 6, Italy celebrates Carbonara Day, dedicated to the iconic pasta. Mainly associated with Rome and the Lazio region, the pasta is made from 4 simple ingredients: eggs, pecorino cheese, guanciale (pork jowl), and black pepper. We visited our friends @latavernadeiforiimperiali for a bowl of our favorite carbonara in Rome. Daje!
