COACH APPRECIATION POST! swipe to see this prep's transformation thanks to Casey 😍 I am so grateful for my coach - @caseysamsel_bikini - if you are looking for a new coach please read: I don't even know where to start about her. It took me about 2 years and through 5 or 6 coaches till I found her. She's everything I could ever ask for in a coach. She practices what she preaches, truly CARES about all of her clients and supports every one of us. She doesn't overload herself with clients because she wants to give us the time we need - that's something I respect SO SO SO SO much. She responds back to questions almost immediately (I've had coaches take an entire week to answer me 😧) I don't have to do excessive amounts of cardio and I don't get starved because Casey cares about my health. When I first met Casey, I cried and messed up my makeup because I was just trying to explain to her how much it means to me that she puts so much time and effort into her clients. (And then she helped me fix my cry baby face) She's hard on me when I need her to be, she doesn't let me make excuses and she tells me how it is - but at the same time, she knows exactly how to motivate me every single day. Casey is accepting clients right now and like I said, she cuts herself off when she hits her limit - so being on her team is seriously a blessing.
