I am feeling so very happy and lean💕 I am #7weeksout from the Europa, Charlotte. I was very nervous coming to Charlotte because I was afraid it'd be stressful to stay on track while prepping. 😬 BUT I am honestly so proud of myself and impressed at how SIMPLE it was to stay on point while traveling! Swipe ➡️ besides the fact that they took my peanut butter at the airport (but @fabuulyssfitness was nice enough to share hers with me - and fit girls don't share peanut butter) everything else food wise went as planned! I pre-bagged and weighed my chicken, broccoli, turkey and rice and brought easy snacks for the airport and expo. I found a foldable container to put my food in (at Marshall's - love that place) and heated up my food on my @hotlogic_kw mini heater when I couldn't find a microwave. 💕 I'm very grateful that I was surrounded by friends who understood why I had to eat out of my Tupperware instead of ordering food at the restaurants 🙈 one more day of @arnoldsports - I'm so exhausted already but I'm going to soak in every minute of this last day!! I hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday! 😊❤️
