In 2014, I made a New Years resolution. I lost about 50lbs that year, that's not what I'm most proud of though. I'm most proud of being able to maintain it and accomplish new goals every year. 50lb weight loss, 2 bodybuilding competitons, a power lifting competition, a WHOLE WORLD of supplement knowledge and a totally new relationship with food.
