DAY 7: SCREEN-FREE SUNDAY

What better way to cap off the first week of our challenge than by switching off? Literally. 💁‍♀️

Today, we challenge you to switch off from 9am - 5pm, that means no digital devices or screens!
Instead, use the time to read a book, catch up with loved ones, play sport or prep for the week ahead.
Future-you will thank you! 💜
