## Caption

What motivates me (Bamagirlruns)? Last year, I broke my ankle while trail running and spent most of the year recovering and trying to become as strong as I could. This photo was taken as I was about to cross the finish line of Runner's World Half Marathon. I was crying like a baby. I walked the entire 13.1 miles in a brace and to this day, this was my favorite race. It wasn't about the course, the weather or a PR. This was an emotional, personal victory for me.  I knew at that moment, I would become stronger than I have ever been before both physically and mentally. I am still working hard everyday to reach that goal. As much as I love a happy finish line photo, I will always cherish this one. I've never been prouder of myself than I was at this moment. This year, I will RUN TCS New York City Marathon...I could not have done that last year.❤️#AllTheEmotions #IGotThis
