Hi everyone! This is Yazmin Vallejo. I am originally from Mexico and I am one of the social media ambassadors. A bit about me I've been running for over 13 years,  and even before I was running. But since 2004 I was training in a formal way in Mexico during high-school.  Afterwards at college I had the opportunity to study abroad at the University of Central Missouri and compete at the NCAA and from there was my breaking point when  I started to have a great performance and became a top runner among the team.

After college I kept running and slowly transitioned to marathons. In the meantime I had the opportunity to work abroad and be able to compete in international races and place top ranks among them.

Now I'm into marathons and keep training as part of my daily life and still get to be a competitive athlete and keep with good objectives like running the TCS New York City Marathon.

I will be sharing insights of my daily routine.
