Losing my dad at 13 started me on a destructive path down dark roads of depression, crushing anxiety, obesity and even alcohol abuse.

After years of struggles, I made the choice to fight my demons and take my life back, one day at a time!

I decided to trust my instincts & to #keepgoing no matter what 🙌

My battles led me to launch a lifestyle brand to represent my fight and to inspire others facing their own demons.
