Oh hi running my old friend. I actually ran (run/walk) for first time post breakthrough covid. And yes, breakthrough vaccinated covid sucks, so please wear a damn mask and get vaccinated!! I still do not have most of my taste or smell and have really bad brain fog staring at screens which makes work rough.

Hopefully next weekend’s virtual #Seahweeze Half won’t be so painful 😬 MCM… we will see how next weekend goes and possibly re-assess.
