Flashback to last weekend running in Cannon Beach. 🌞🏖

I haven’t been running that much due to my back flaring up at the beginning of covid. Thankfully, I get acupuncture on the weeks I don’t go to physical therapy and the combo has been helping.

I’m still disappointed I won’t be in Vancouver for lululemon #seawheeze and squamish50 23k. It’s my favorite race weekend 😢 virtual run/walk half marathon tomorrow will have to do. #covidsucks
