Day 2: Ice Bath 🧊 in the Colorado Rockies 🏔️ 

My goal was to improve on yesterday, of which I did about 50% longer. I tell myself that is gets easier once the skin goes numb 😂 though my neck was getting tense and I had to calm my breath to not hyperventilate.
