Anyone else ever struggle with tendinitis? 💪 

I somehow always get tendinitis on my first day back weightlifting. 🏋️‍♀️ Though I’ve found that ibuprofen, ice and the_good_inside Soothe CBD balm seem to be the best & quickest way to recovery.
