It’s summer!! Time for simple, bright recipes for the whole family. I partnered with MangoBoard to create these Oven Baked Chicken Tenders with Rainbow Mango Slaw. Made with delicious Tommy Atkins mangos and veggies topped with a light vinaigrette, this colorful slaw is a perfect pairing for these kid-friendly breaded chicken tenders. Tommy Atkins mangos are in season now, so go pick them up!
