My first championship ring of my career in football. Crazy what this statement means. While training for the highest level of football, I failed to realize that I can change lives as I move through life. -
I was asked to come on board a program that was in need of fixing it’s kicking game. Having four specialists that have never played the kicking game before, and to assist in supporting the special teams coordinator in formations and plays. I never thought it would bring me so much joy setting these young men for success and seeing such a turn around in their performance. Starting from nothing and Finishing the season with 50 yard fgs, 60 yard punts and good snaps. -
I have found a new love for football. I never thought it would be as a coordinator. But with the knowledge I have obtained throughout my college career and pursuing the NFL, it was so easy to translate it to other coaches and players. I wake up every morning knowing I am putting men in position to earn scholarships and to pursue their dreams. I am able to tap into their potential and make them see just how good they are at their craft and as coaches. These statements alone are some of the most powerful and selfless statements I have ever been blessed to say. -
I will continue to pursue this side of football as well as give my all to playing professionally. I am forever grateful. God is good.
