Just finished up some chest and tris 💪🏽 I benched for the first time in foreverrrrrrrrrrr. I'm excited to really max out with a spotter cause I'm feeling pretty good about the weight I'm putting up alone ☺️ did some cardio - thinking about doing a push and pull meet in August with my girl @rachelprairiefitness 😍😍😍 🤔🤔🤔🤔 I know very little about powerlifting but I'm excited to learn 😁😁 I uploaded 2 vlogs by the way!!
