Competitor feelsssss. About a year and a half ago (left), I was happier than ever with my weightloss of around 50lbs. I was confident and proud...as I go through this prep, I struggle with body image and have to snap out of it and remind myself of my REAL goals. I often get sad and discouraged because I'm afraid of not looking lean enough on stage or being too muscular. (Which is crazy cause 2 years ago I would have DIED to just have a flat tummy) Right now I am reminding myself ... I do not compete to win , I compete to learn more about fitness and balanced diets. I compete to push myself. I love my body and have come so far!
