🔥MEN'S OPEN, FINAL ROUND POWER RANKING🔥

Last but not least, we have the FINAL ROUND of the largest division, where we started with 88 competitors and now are down to 10. In order to have qualified for these finals, you had to run 15:40 on the dot or faster for 5k!  In Round 3, there were 7 competitors under 15:30, 5 under 15:13, and 3 at 14:50 or faster! 🤯

In the Men's Open Division, 10 competitors will toe the line this week for a 2000 meter race (5 laps around the track)

We've ranked our final 10 competitors based on their performances from the first 3 rounds. The question we ask ourselves this week: Can anyone knock off current favorite and #1 ranked Mark Pinales? Mark has led this competition from the start, going (9:16, 4:13, and 14:42) for 2 mile, 1 mile, and 5k distances respectively. But Mark will have a very talented crew chasing him down with #2 Sam Geha (9:17, 4:20, 14:50) and #3 Brendan Martin (9:18, 4:23, and 14:48). Known for their longer distance credentials (Sam debuted in 2:24 for the marathon last year and Brendan has run an astounding 2:15 😱) they will both rely on their strength to challenge for the win. But you can’t sleep on #4 or #5 where Matthew Michno and Jeff Weinstein are both serious threats to crack the top 3. Matt has already posted a 4:27/9:38 1 mile/2 mile and Jeff just ran sub 4:10 mile on the roads about 2 months ago. 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 are led by Jeremy Ardanuy, Darryl Brown, Nate Beach, Steffen Uhrich, and Will Holleran who will look to step up and crack the top 3. With everything on the line who will cross the 2k finish line first?
