Meet Duncan Nyasinga coach.dunkin from New Jersey by way of Kenya 🇰🇪. The long distance specialist dropped down for Rounds 1 and 2 while posting a 10:35 and 4:51 respectively for 2 miles and 1 mile.  Duncan celebrated his 41st birthday on July 29 with a 41 kilometer run (25.5 miles) in 2:55 (average pace 6:52) 💪🏽

Asked about his goals for Rounds 3 and 4: “My goals are to keep fit, have fun and enjoy the challenge.  5k to me is a short distance and will be much focusing on the clock against me to better my personal best.  Age is just a number!” He also wished good luck to all of his Masters competitors!
