In Round 2 we started with 21 competitors and now we are down to 14! In Round 3 anything can happen as the race distance increases to 5000 meters!

In order to advance to the final, you must finish in the TOP 4 in your heat for an automatic qualifier with the next ONE FASTEST non-automatic qualifier getting in on time (9 total).

In Round 3 we had 14 competitors run 6:15 or faster, 9 break 6:00, and 6 go 5:47 or under!

Women’s Masters competitors will have two weeks to complete and submit their 5k.  Round 3 is going to be 🔥🔥🔥
