We started with 63 women and now we are down to 18! Introducing the two heats for Round 3 where the distance is tripled to 5000 meters!

In order to advance to the final, you must finish in the TOP 4 in your heat for an automatic qualifier with the next TWO FASTEST non-automatic qualifier getting in on time (10 total).

In Round 2 we had 19 women run under 5:20, 13 at 5:11 or faster, and 10 at 5:04 or faster 😯

Women’s Open competitors will have two weeks to complete and submit their 5k.  Round 3 is going to be absolutely 💥🔥😱
