We started with 40 men and now we are down to 16! Introducing the two heats for Round 3 where we will triple the distance to 5000 meters!

In order to advance to the final, you must finish in the TOP 4 in your heat for an automatic qualifier with the next FASTEST (1) non-automatic qualifier getting in on time (9 total).

In Round 2 we had 17 men break 5:00, 8 run 4:51 or faster, and 5 go 4:43 or faster 😱

Men’s Masters competitors will have 2 weeks to complete and submit their 5k.  With the quality of this field, it’s going to be a 🔥 Round 3!
