Tonight kicked of the 7th Annual nychampagneweek!  Albeit brand new for #2020, it did not disappoint!  Matter of fact, it’s gave me all the joy I have been missing!  Ya see, the mere presence of sagterroir could not be in existence if it were not for the #terroir in Champagne.  But those long stories are for another 🍾💋

This evening was a curated display of MEUNIÈRE MAGIC ✨✨✨ We highlighted the three noble grapes of Champagne,: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, & Pinot Meunière.  Pictured here are two of the three producers.
