I recently was asked how I use beam on days I’m NOT in the gym - and today was a perfect example. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
630am - clarity powder in my morning coffee ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
7am - “the one” tincture dropped into breakfast bowl😋 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
730am - a little bit of the “boost” gel on my ankles and knees while I stretched a bit before starting the hike! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It’s now 6pm and I’m essentially bathing my lower half in the “fixer” so my joints don’t feel like trash tomorrow 😅 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
