Roll in - roll out 🤍 with all the traveling i do, all the gyms I drop into, all the airports i hang out in, all the hotels, the crazy schedules, the competition days - the bad WiFi, the bad streaming connection - all of it doesn’t have to get in the way of my mobility work. I love the new mobility_mvmnt app and how easy it is for me to download videos to my phone or iPad so I never run into the problem of not being able to find or watch a mobility sequence. No matter where I’m at I NEVER have an excuse to not stretch. Thank you to mobility_mvmnt and their awesome new app for not only making their content available and convenient- but for holding me accountable 😍 #recovery #findthetime
