After workouts, in my car, at the beach, watching tv....I pretty much have my sandbar_handcare tool with me🙌🏼💯 especially after high volume gymnastics wods when my hands get torn up and the calluses get scratchy I always make sure to file them down.💯 for the longest time i had so many problems with my hands. They were ripping almost every week which was becoming a serious hindrance in my training. 😐 the sandbar_handcare tool is shaped like a barbell or rings so it’s gets all the area that pile up after awhile. I’ve noticed a HUGE difference in the health of my hands since I’ve been using it; honestly can’t remember the last time I’ve ripped now and it’s so awesome not to worry about my hands.
