These pictures were taken about a year apart. These are two different women. The woman on the right, who I am today, has transformed dramatically. Not only am I healthier, but I’m happier. My mindset had changed, my nutrition has changed, my training has changed, my support system is stronger, and my drive, passion, and commitment to this sport I love has intensified. •
