#throwbackthursday to my very first day of CrossFit. I've officially been a crossfitter for a year now and there's absolutely no turning back. My box has become my home and my sanctuary and the people here at crossfit_ownit have become my family. I can't thank everyone here enough for all the love and support I've been shown and continue to receive. Through CrossFit I've learned that each time I "fail" it's actually one step closer to success. Work ethic, determination, mental fortitude, will power, and the refusal to give in are qualities I would now call strengths in my life thanks to this amazing lifestyle. #oneyearstrong
