I’ve been on this journey since 2017 and had so many setbacks.

I used to feel like a failure when I would gain weight back but you know what? That’s life.

Consistency is hard. Shit happens in your life that you can’t control and it is what it is.

You pick yourself up, you recenter and get back on track.
