Green Pea and Feta Cheese Burger!
#ad I’m craving all the green food in springtime, so today I’m making Green Peas and Feta Cheese Burger. I can’t always find fresh green peas so I’m heading to the freezer section to grab Sweet Peas birdseyevegetables for my burgers. They are picked at the peak of their freshness to lock their flavor and nutrient, and they are delicious in many recipes. Having frozen vegetables in my freezer is quite convenient, and of course there is no waste. Simply take as much as you need and store it back in the freezer. These Green Peas and Feta Cheese patties are packed in tons of flavors with just a handful of ingredients. You can eat them on their own with your favorite sauce or make a full meal. What are your favorite frozen vegetables? 

Recipe
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
Yields: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
1 package 10 oz of Birds Eye Green Peas 2 medium russet potatoes cubed
1/2 sweet onion chopped
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 large egg
1 tbsp fresh dill minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp olive oil

Sauce
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp fresh dill minced
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
Start by blanching the green peas for 2-3 minutes in boiling water. Drain and transfer them into a bowl. Mash the green peas using a fork.
Boil potatoes in salt water until soft. Drain and let them cool for 10 minutes.
Add potatoes, onion, feta cheese, herbs, egg, and seasoning into the same bowl as green peas. Using your hand or a potato masher combine the mixture well. Make 4” diameter patties and refrigerate them for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, in a bowl combine all ingredients for the sauce. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Spray some olive oil over the patties and air fry them for 15 minutes @ 375F. Serve on toasted buns with creamy yogurt sauce, tomato, onion and arugula. Enjoy!
