For #internationalforestday we have a photo by #love_wild_africa #scottramsay.africa of a typical scene in a unique ecosystem - a winterthorn forest that plays a crucial role in stabilizing and nutrifying the alluvial soils of the floodplains along southern Africa’s waterways. Chiawa Safaris is proud to be Africa’s first #carbonneutral safari operation and helped make the Lower Zambezi the world’s first carbon-neutral certified National Park. We support a number of conservation initiatives in support of habitat, wildlife and community - #responsibletourism working as it’s meant to.
