Today I ran my third pregnant timed mile at orangetheory! I ran my first in February, when I was unknowingly a few days pregnant, in 6:26. I ran my second in May, at 17 weeks pregnant, in 7:32. And today, at 30 weeks pregnant: 7:59. 💪🏼
