The bad: This was the worst run I’ve had in a long, long time. My legs felt like lead, I needed FIVE bathroom stops (that’s so many bathroom stops!), the waterfront was windy (I loathe wind!), and I just couldn’t get into a groove. But the good? I ran 8 miles! There was an open bathroom every time I needed one! I still managed a solid post-run jump shot! The Ali on the Run Show was featured in this morning’s runnersworldmag newsletter! I’m about to take a really hot shower! And then boldceo, Ellie, and I are headed out to the North Fork for the weekend! Positives outweighing the negatives for sure.
