So very happy to get to spend my Saturday in Central Park with some of my the best people I know. #scotlandrun done in 48:51. (7:52 pace, a 10K PR for the first time since 2011!) Still running without a watch and loving it. Ran a super first half, then spent the second half with the gnarliest, most painful side stitch of all-time. Mega positive splits FTW! Much love to novemberprojectnyc for the hugs, cheers, and enthusiasm along the way. Also the friendship in this photo is a testament to the power of novemberproject: a college freshman, a scrappy 30-year-old, and the most badass mom of two teenage boys, all friends, training together and being BFF. I love that. #NP_NYC
