Sometimes you just have to eat the chocolate… 

In a world where foods get labeled as ‘good’ vs. ‘bad,’ I want to encourage you to avoid using this logic as much as possible.  When we begin to label all foods, we are constantly placing ourselves in a situation where an inanimate object has control over our emotions.  I usually rely on the mantra, ‘everything in moderation,’ and Valentine’s Day is the best opportunity to put this into practice.
