Mohamed Salah is my favorite footballer and Liverpool is my favorite football club.  He is a gamechanger when he is at the top of his form.  It really sucks that he got hurt right before the World Cup.  Who is your favorite footballer?

For those of you who are following my IG page, visiting my IG page here and there, or are new to my IG page you can see I am constantly trying to challenge myself and learn new photoshop and after effects skills.  This time my goal was to create a “Video to Animation” video combining my photoshop and after effects skills.  I have always wanted to create such a project and I decided to use my favorite footballer Mohamed Salah as the subject matter.

This project was a very ambitious project.  I had to create over 300 images 🤯. With 300 images I could make a TV worthy 30 second plus video production.  I have to admit that through the process I did wonder if that time should have been spent creating multiple other projects. However, I like challenges and I am very pleased with the end result.  I hope you like it too.  After completing this project, I have a whole new respect for animators.

Would you like to see more projects like this from me? If yes, who would be the next athlete?  Sadio Mane? James Harden? If there is a next time, I will try a different photoshop look.
